25 AACE Board members and the AACE student committee participated to review the yearly conference that took place this year in San Antonio, Texas, which boasts a turnout of over 600 attendees. The session was launched by Les Mcmullan, who is the Global Director of Project Controls at HATCH.
Subsequently, highlights from four presentations of the conference were presented as follows:

The paper offers a comprehensive governance framework to manage mega projects, which takes into account the complex business environment and critical management processes. The identification of key processes, actions, and principles related to effective project governance has been accomplished to enhance performance. An example of a publicly funded project is presented for illustration purposes.
