In 2017, I proposed a comprehensive plan to the principals of schools in Isfahan province. The proposed scheme was to identify top talents for science Olympiads. Because I had studied and tested in mathematics Olympiads, I was familiar with this atmosphere. I decided to help elementary and middle school students in this field with the help of my friends.
After a while, in 2018, several schools and organizations agreed to my plan. (Technical and Vocational Organization (Ministry of Labor), several schools and institutes of mathematics, physics, and biology in Isfahan)
Our project, which was implemented in the form of a summer school, was called the SHETAB TALENT project.
We trained more than 100 students with the help of the students’ families and the city’s educational institutions.
The essential training that we have planned and implemented are:
- Mathematics and its application in creativity and manufacturing of engineering equipment
- Familiarity with engineering sciences such as civil engineering, computer
- Biology, astronomy, environment and agriculture
In addition to educational events, scientific visits and recreational camps were also held. At the end of the course, a meeting was held with the families of the students and the students presented their achievements with confidence.
